This Date in Suffolk County Community College history – December 8, 1960
December 7,1941 will always be the known as “the day that will live in infamy”. December 8, 1960 was one of the most important days for the college for positive reasons. This is the day that the Board of Trustees appointed Dr. Albert Ammerman of Suffolk County Community College.
